This hydraulically operated control valve reduces high upstream pressure to a lower, constant downstream pressure, unaffected by fluctuations in demand or upstream pressure. BERMAD's SIGMA 700 EN/ES series valves are hydraulically operated, oblique-shaped globe valves with a single-piece raised seat and dual-chamber actuator that can be removed from the body as an integral part. The hydrodynamic body has been designed to provide an unobstructed flow path with excellent modulation capability and is highly effective for applications with large pressure differentials. These valves are available in the standard configuration or with an independent check feature, code "2S." Sigma 700 EN/ES valves operate under harsh conditions with minimal risk of cavitation and no annoying noise. They meet the size and dimensional requirements of various regulations.
